Refund policy

At Baba Aromatics, we are committed to delivering a refined fragrance experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The product must:

Not be used beyond approximately 5–8 ml

Be in original packaging

Be free from physical damage or tampering

Have intact labels and batch codes
Products not meeting these conditions may be declined.
2. Refund Process

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another fragrance of equal or higher value (price difference payable).
Exchnage and replacement will be done within 3 days
Exchange and replacement delivery will be done within 5-7 working days
4. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged due to misuse

Promotional or clearance items (if marked final sale)
Baba Aromatics reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with policy conditions.
